Could use more bathrooms. Great view. A little weird getting to the top. Had to take an elevator (which wasn't an issue), but there was an elevator operator, sitting in an office chair that took up a significant amount of space. Penthouse 45 was the absolute perfect event space for my engagement party! It’s beautiful floor to ceiling windows offered an incredible view of the New York skyline.
