Have not been in a long time and probably will not be back again for a while. We were sat quickly. By the bartender. The manager sat several tables after us, took their drink orders, served their drinks and took their orders. Then a person came in and he tried to seat them but this person exclaimed "I work here." Giving the manager a bit of attitude, but appeared to be late, the 1st floor was now full. We still hadn't been seen. They no longer have menu's, so we had been looking at the menu on our phones. Most of the vegan and dairy free options I used to go here for are gone off the menu. They may still exist on special order, but do not appear on the new menu. Lots of gluten free options, but very few dairy free options. I turned to my partner and asked "did they sign an agreement with the American Dairy Association?" Seeing all the buttermilk nae chicken options and cheese on everything, including my old favorite, the Brussel sprouts. After waiting over 20 minutes the manager did take our order, not the waiter who came in late. I ordered the vegan burger, my partner ordered a basic burger and an order of fries to share. We were going to order another side and sodas, but he left before we got a chance. Another 15 minutes went by, I almost had to leave for work when our food came and it was slightly wrong. I got what I ordered, and he got his burger with a side of sweet potato fries. The waiter who came in while we had been sitting there delivered this food, we explained that we wanted regular fries to share not a side of sweet potato fries, but this would be fine because we had to leave soon, but he didn't listen, he took the burger and fries away anyway, to fix things. He brought back a bigger burger with the same fixings we ordered and a large order of fries to share. The food was delicious. But the menu needs work, or to not have been worked on in the first place. I spoke with others when I got to work and they said they hadnt been there since they started changing the menu either. The service and the ambiance also need some help. I used to love this place. It really is a shame. We would come on breaks between shows, and the often got us in and out on our tight turn around. As they did this time. But we really had to press, asking for the check 3...

Read moreOur PA ordered a group order for all our colleagues including mine. On my order they made a mistake and gave me a beef burger instead of the veggie burger.
I had a bad work lunch day because at the end of my shift. I went to this location to see if I can get my burger fixed. I called before I came and they took my name and told me to come.
Upon arrival I was only able to speak to another staff instead of the one I spoke to on the phone. They refused to fix it smh!!! Now I have to chase our PA down on the next business day to prove this purchase was made or simply make her reimburse me.
I decided to dine inside just to eat for dinner since my lunch was messed up.
They do require to show proof of vaccination for in-door & out-door seating. Smh.
I asked for a cocktail and they said they didn’t have, only lager beer. I asked for a Samuel Adam’s cider beer. The waiter brought me an entirely different lager, then when I asked they said each BARE BURGER location had their own selection of beers and protein burgers. They had the nerve to then tell me they do have cocktails. I ordered the cosmopolitan and it was watered-down & not sweet; yuck. Then my burger was so dryyy smh!
I did my best but I refuse to come back here. I know it’s busy and all. But my BARE BURGER experience in Brooklyn nyc had literally no hiccups every time. This place kinda messed up how I usually envision the dining experience, as I saw at another location close to my home. Not happy with the service at all!
I recommend...
