Very Unsanitary and Unprofessional Experience

I recently ordered a beef patty with cheese, and was extremely disappointed with the lack of hygiene. The employee preparing my food grabbed the beef patty and the cheese with his bare hands right after handling cash from another customer. When I politely asked if gloves were used during food preparation, he responded with an attitude and said, "No." He then threw the patty in the trash and, although he prepared a new one with gloves, he remained visibly upset with me for simply raising a health concern.

This wasn’t my first time at this location—I had previously only ordered pizza and was unaware that gloves weren't used. Unfortunately, this experience confirmed that the staff not only neglect basic food safety protocols but also regularly behave with rudeness and attitude.

My wife and I already ate a big meal, but needed to use the restroom. We were traveling with our new puppy. Cold, wet and rainy, we saw the first place with a restroom. I grabbed 2 waters because the sign posted read, "No public restroom." A short man, named Dominic, asked how could he help? I told him we needed the restroom and asked where my wife was. He told me I didn't need to buy anything and gave us the waters. He walked around the counter and took us next door to a very nice club. He said their bathroom was much nicer and to take our time. He also told us if we have any issues to tell them Dominic sent us! Say what you will about New York, however, our second time there and the locals were nothing but helpful to us. We will visit Abitino's every time we visit...

This place was horrific. I did not take any photos but here was my experience. There was a very long line to get in, and once everyone was inside they kept the door open which made it freezing cold. I had to wait forever for my pizza and to get a seat since they only had 2 tables!! One with 2 seats and one with 4. There was a small bar but it was packed. When I got the pizza and let it cool the cheese and tomato sauce were just water, and fell right off the pizza when I picked it up. The pizza fell apart and there was a HAIR. I knew for sure that it was not my hair. This was absolutely disgusting and made me throw the pizza away IMMEDIATELY!! The person working there that was taking orders was fighting with all the customers...
