I am a small business owner in the Bronx and have run across alot of repair companies. I had to take the time out to write this review. I was having 3 big issues in the past month that were detrimental to my business. My ice machine was down, one fridge was not cooling and a few days later my A/C shut down. Talk about timing! Elias is a great communicator and went out of his way to help me out over the holiday (Memorial Day) weekend. He and his team were very professional and polite. Elias explained everything clearly and did not rush. There was a part that should have been included with the compressor kit (provided to me by Traulsen) but was not.
