Terrible -3/5. If you're in a budget, looking for old food and stale meat re cooked in the same re used oil for days then this might be your one way ticket to ruin your system. If you are in a hurry to get yourself sick then please order ahead from this joint and you wont be disappointed. Not just once or twice, had to throw away the biriyanis three times after ordering from Doordash, they say 3rd time is the charm but nope that was my last time ordering. Every single time they had a stale rotten meat smell to it. Furthermore, the owner and management will have an automated reply - "We are sorry, we strive to keep our quality to the best blah blah and we try to do better blah". To the Owner sincerely you are just taking advantage of poor bangali people in the neighbourhood who dont know any better. They come because the food is cheap, probably because it's always stale and that's scamming people, shameful act as a human being. I will request you to do better but you clearly will not. There are restaurants who literally donate surplus food for the day to the neighborhood every single night before closing because of keeping a good reputation and standards on their food. I would give you a zero but Google is apparently respectful even to scammers. I'd rate this -3 out if 5 for my experience for throwing the food...

I am reaching out to express my dissatisfaction with the unprofessional and discourteous customer service I experienced at their establishment. It's important for potential customers to be aware of this before dining in or ordering takeout. Today, March 3rd, 2024, I visited their restaurant to place an order for lunch. Despite waiting patiently at the counter for some time, no one attended to take my order due to what seemed like a lack of training in customer service protocol. There was no clear system in place to manage orders efficiently. Eventually, when someone from the counter did address me, I politely inquired about their order process. However, I was met with rudeness from another staff member who unnecessarily pointed out that other customers had arrived before me, despite me not addressing her directly. Consequently, I left the restaurant without placing an order, feeling extremely disappointed by the whole experience. I sincerely hope that the management will address and improve upon this...

Yesterday I ordered from uber eats 4x buy 1 get 1 chicken biriyani for my friends. So that I should get 8 pack of chicken biriyani.my questions is if I ordered one then I will get another one & I don’t have to ordered per person. This simple thing they didn’t get . When I called restaurant the guy said I have to ordered per persons . He was like he don’t have solutions on it . Only one word talk with uber eats and I ordered wrong , I didn’t ordered them for buy 1 get 1 offer.. so that’s the screenshot I took that it’s from the order.
