Angelo's Cafe and Grill By The Water — Restaurant in New York

I've been coming here for about a year now, and the food can be Hit or Miss it's honestly on your Type of Taste. I like to try things and Hope for the best. So far I'm about 70/30 with this spot. Very nice owner and staff is amazing in my experience. Cash is King but so is taxes when credit is involved. They open at 6am and the food is made fresh. The Soup is great and the Oatmeal. My favorite is the Sausage Egg and cheese on a Croissant 🥐. And They also do Breakfast all day. But let's just say I'm not a Salad guy, the dressing was a bit tasteless and a lot of Red onions, I want that breath after lunch 😂, but that's part of the Greek Salad. Had a unique thing wrapped in I think spinach not sure what was in it. But I ate most of it. Let's just say I will stick with my usual and stop going off of someone's spontaneous lunch suggestion. The saving grace was the shish kabob added to the Salad with the Pita bread. Can't go wrong with a burger and fries or the platter combo with fries. Today stop by to get lunch and waited 15 to get service and it the same every time I go waiting to get a simple lunch special dish off there menu on the wall , Angelo if you let Helen do her job and stop micro man so everyone maybe I get to get some food service but your to busy confusing your staff to point I need to stop order or buying from you as I starve online because I can’t get the service while waiting for 15-30 time being wasted . But you lost my business . It wasn’t even busy today . Four people in front of me and giving some dude money back that didn’t deserve it when the manager from another company say I pay for my cowork not the two dude that doesn’t work for him got free food . I don't normally review anything, but today I ordered here for the first time around 6:50am. I ordered Hashbrowns, French Toast, Bacon and it came out to "$19". While the temperature of the food was good and the bacon was crisp, the french toast was nearly tasteless and mushy. The same goes for the hash browns.
