I came to Arby's about a week ago around March 22nd 2021 because I saw the advertisement on TV and I realized that I haven't eaten from Arby's since 1985, since I work for them. Well I came by and had the chicken sandwich which was pretty good no complaints except for the fact that it's not as meatier as the competitors but it was still good we had the jalapeno poppers which were actually good without the sauce so no sauce needed and the curly fries look pretty good too but the thing that was outstanding was the Sprite wow I haven't had a Sprite that crisp to taste in a long time, most of the time you get a soda from a restaurant fast food restaurant and it's kind of weak but Arby's Sprite was on point.
I wanted to come back to try and Arby's roast beef sandwiches so I kept thinking about the sandwich for the whole entire week so I went back on March 31st I got the Bristol beef minus the onions. I will say that that was the best decision I've made on that day because that sandwich was so tasty, wow! it was delicious thank you. I see that Arby's still has the taste for making a great sandwich I also saw that they had the crispy crinkle fries so I got those and man I just sat in my car to eat them while they were warm and it was so good really I'm telling you it was so good that's so with s o o o.. Yeah so now there's another sandwich I want to try so I guess I'll be making more visits to Arby's on Horace Harding drive in Queens. I guess I'm trying to make up for all these years that I haven't eaten but wow I like them better than the rest McDonald's, Burger King, Popeyes, Kentucky yes so I'll be seeing them again and they'll be seeing me again and I'll be eating some...
Read moreThis place is clean and well maintained. BUT what I hate about Arby's is that there online menu shows what they have on the menu, But what they don't tell you is that certain items are only available at certain locations. You would think that they would that they would be more specific towards what each location has. But no they are cheap like that, Also I dislike how they cheat us at the drive thru. You pay and they ask you to pull up so that the drive thru clock stops so it makes them look better for their corporation. Im sick of pulling up and waiting while the person behind me gets their order and insists that I have to pull out of their driveway so they can be on their way. But in reality since the parking lot is on the other side and being on a one way road theres no place to wait other then in the drive thu exit. Last time I went they decided to take items off the menu and I was told by staff if I want those items I have to go to the other location in Middle Village. Then they asked me to pull up and wait for my order and I politely declined. The woman gave me a nasty attitude and I asked for a refund. I explained you wait in line and pay and take your food and leave, and its not right that people behind me in line are getting their items before me. Its one thing when your inside and the person behind you orders light and his order is ready first because your not in a one lane drive thru and that person has no way of going around you. Next time they ask you to pull up and wait refuse so that their big corporation becomes aware of how they are...
Read moreThis is the SLOWEST Arby's I've ever been to, both in-store and drive thru. There is ALWAYS only one register working (been here multiple times), with no less than 2-3 employees and managers huddled around the other inactive register while the line piles up out the door. This is the only fast food place I've ever been to that DOESN'T try to upsell you; they don't even tell you the current specials! I had to find out about their 2/$6 from the customer behind me! And always check your receipt, bc they will leave items off altogether. I ordered 2 mac and cheeses, but only received one. They didnt even ring up the other. With all that being said I still give them 4 stars bc if you DO finally manage to get your food, it's pretty friggin delicious. The chicken tender sandwich, lemonade, and mac & cheese rivals all 3 of those items at chick fil a (yes I actually said that!) I go out of my way to visit Arby's which makes the service here all the more disappointing. If you go into it knowing it'll be a 20-30min endeavor, then you should be fine. If you're expecting actual fast food at a fast food restaurant, you'll be highly disappointed. Imo, Arby's needs to fire 90% of the cashiers and ALL of management on all shifts. The line workers are clearly doing their job though, bc the food is great. It's just that darn customer service, or lack thereof I should say. I know one thing: the day I pull up and see a banner that says "Under New Management" is the day I buy stock...
