Their bread was not fresh. Terrible Service, Price Deception at the Bakery. During my visit, I noticed that the cashier provided a different price than what was indicated on the tag. I politely expressed my hesitation and informed the cashier that I did not wish to purchase the item at that price. However, instead of addressing my concern professionally, the cashier responded in a discriminatory manner, making derogatory assumptions about my financial status based on their own perceived wealth. This behavior was both unprofessional and offensive.

No customer should be forced or coerced into buying a product they do not wish to purchase, especially when faced with deceptive pricing practices. Additionally, it is completely unacceptable for any staff member to make discriminatory remarks or judgments based on a customer's perceived economic status. Such behavior creates an unwelcome and hostile environment...

The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly, and it never seems off putting or dirty in any way. The pastries are serviceable as well, but what really sets it apart is the service.

The person serving us, Kyle, does wonderful work and really adds to the bakery. He’s polite, friendly, and always looking for his customers. It’s probably one of the few reasons why I come here in the first place.

There needs to be more employees though. Kyle does a wonderful job at maintaining the place, but it’s difficult when he has to serve someone AND clean at the same time. It’s downright unfair.

Also, there really needs to be Wi-Fi added. I’d love to do homework in this place, and it can prove especially helpful for the Francis Lewis students that visits this place.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t think much of it at first glance, but once inside I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the baked goods and the atmosphere. Mainly I was impressed by the guy who makes the drinks. I believe his name is Kyle. I was pretty indecisive, so he suggested the super fruit tea. Despite the line of customers He didn’t make me feel rushed. He worked quickly, and efficiently while also maintaining a very pleasant demeanor. This is definitely the kind of place you go because the people being you back. It was easy to tell he had a good relationship with the patrons there. In such a fast paced environment it’s nice to see that level of consideration and care that rarely exists anymore.
