Aroma Burgers — Restaurant in New York

A family run food truck slinging solid burgers and dogs. I had the chimi burger. Made with a blend of chuck and sirloin loaded with flavor and love. Smashed, topped with a secret house sauce and seasoning, american and swiss cheese, red bell peppers , onions, corn, a 2nd secret house sauce, lettuce, tomato, ketchup on a toasted brioche bun. Wow!

This burger restaurant is just a food truck which situates itself on a side street. I ordered a double Aroma Burger and waited in a small fenced off part of the street for the food. They make smashburgers, giving the patty a greasy and crunchy taste. The burger is topped with cheese and a variety of other items which give it an overall great taste.

I believe that their burger efforts would be better in a more formal establishment. Being on the road, there were no places to sit and the street was full of noise which made the place overall less enjoyable than it...

Sadly no pictures to show because it was just that good. My partner and I decided to give this place a try let night for late night dinner. Absolutely delicious. My burger was a little bit more charred than I would like on part of it but nevertheless it was still good. Kinda confused on the option for medium rare considering it’s a smashed burger and it came well done anyway.

I still recommend this place. Definitely an uptown gem that we will be ordering from in the future next time we need a great priced burger and...
