Such incredible conchas, cookies, and more with kind and warm owners. Caroline and Mauricio truly know how to make an incredibly special spot with some of the best baked goods I’ve had. Their full-inclusion flour makes nutty, complex treats and each item has so much creativity and heart in it! Went for the first time today and had the chocolate chip cookie, raspberry concha, and manchego and Calabrian chili focaccia, and everything was incredible. Can’t wait to go back again soon to try whatever else...

Atlas is a great addition to the neighborhood… Besides the food that I’ll get to I really appreciate the owners. Mauricio and Caroline are warm, friendly and authentic, and are also really passionate about what they do as bakers.
