Avanti's Pizzeria — Restaurant in New York

This place used to have good pizza but the quality and service is down bad. My wife used Avantis website to make an online order because there was a deal. We ordered a Sicilian with a 2L Sprite(which is listed on the website as seen in the picture of the order). We were delivered the Sicilian and a 2L ginger ale instead. She called the restaurant to dispute the order of ginger ale to at least get a refund back but the full grown whining man started yelling "hemotionally" denying that there is Sprite in the restaurant at all. They just replaced the Sprite with ginger ale to the order without calling her about it and at least to let her know that there was no Sprite in the restaurant. So instead of just refunding the $3.75 of the soda we're going to dispute the entire order and get the entire $29 order back as it wasn't advertised as what we ordered. This is just a heads up for anyone else who decides to try and order from this place and is looking at reviews, consider my review as a warning to a hassle to your credit/debit...

I was waiting for my pie to be done and whoke waiting I observed the owner let two little white girls use the bathroom which I thought to myself was pretty cool but then about 5 or 6 mins later a Spanish mother with a Autistic child was denied to use the bathroom the owner told them it was broken I felt so bad for the mother I dropped my mouth in disbelief that the owner told her it was broken, and just a few mins earlier he let others used it my pie was now done I gave it to the woman and told her to use the bathroom in McDonald's I hope everyone reads this review and decides not to support it until the owner changes his way u can't pick and choose who u let use your bathroom cause of thier race, I'm sure you don't pick and choose who you take money from..... never again will I be returning to this...

If I could give this place 0 STARS I WOULD ! My father order from this place and got sick 1 and we still decided to order from this place, THE NEXT DAY we order spaghettis with marinara sauce But it had something else inside of it, I called and the women and the chef said it was just spaghettis and sauce, I brought the order back and he confirmed it was garlic inside and I CANNOT EAT GARLIC thank god I went back to place, ONCE I WENT BACK TO THE PLACE THE GENTLEMEN WASNT EVEN TRYING TO HELP US TO GIVE US OTHER ORDER OR EVEN GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK HE DID NOT CARE THAT I COULDN’T HAVE GARLIC OR MAKE A NEW ONE AND HE DIDN’T EVEN CARE THAT MY DAD GOT SICK EITHER. DONT EVER COME HERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS AND THEY DONT KNOW WHEN THEY ARE SERVING...
