I have fond memories of eating cheese Babka bread from my Polish great-grandmother during Easter. I was originally so excited to find this spot and traveled from an hour away. I called ahead of time to make sure there would be some when I arrived. Not only was there no sweet cheese Babka bread, but I was met with an attitude when I asked questions about when the bread might be ready for pick up later that day. While I am a Polish, my family never spoke Polish and I never picked it up and I was quite upset when I noticed how well Polish speaking bakery-goers were treated compared to me. I canât recommend Babka Bakers.

Spend your money on their cappuccinos however (strong, good quality coffee), that is, if the girls behind the counter are in the mood to sell it to you that day lol...Few times I went there I have gotten replies such as "Our machine is not in service today" or "We just cleaned the machine and won't be able to activate it till tomorrow" (like an hour before the actual store closes)....expect to receive petulant hipster...

REAL bread - âcountry styleâ wheat and rye, pure rye, wholemeal, spelled, multi-grain ... as it should be! A separate topic is cookies, cakes and, above all, donuts! There is a lot to write on this subject, enough it to say that Americans upbringing on mass production "cookie-like products" experience a cognitive shock when trying this poetry...
