I ordered an X-large plain cheese pizza (well done) and Caesar salad from the place - home delivery. What came some 30 min late from their own promised delivery time was literally a cold, raw dough. When promptly informed of the issue with the order, the vicious lady on the other end of the phone line did not offer any apology; moreover. she refused to even instruct the delivery driver to return and get their creation back. I, a physically Disabled person, had to find my own way back to the eatery, and brought their thing back to them. The unsavory sight of the "pizza" was very obvious and indisputable to the gentleman, who looked at it at the counter. Yet again, no apology. Although he offered a refund, I declined with a simple "No" and left. I've never encountered this level of flagrant disrespect and inexplicable hostility towards a nice paying customer. Lesson learned with them: never do business with those, who do not have any courtesy, value or appreciate their customers' loyalty. But most importantly, aspire to call their sloppy work and service an Italian pizzeria and good neighbor. It's just...

Out of the plethora times I received it, there were two times the spinach didn't smell fresh. The first time I was like maybe it's a bad batch, the second time which was today I had to call. I always say hello to the owner and I am very friendly with them. So I thought it would be an amicable conversation, I was wrong. The manager said why didn't I call yesterday (that's the time I got it), I did explain I didn't eat it until the next day. Do keep in mind the store was closed because I picked it up late at night. Anyway the manager seemed frustrated and said we will make another for one you but understand blah blah blah There shouldn't be any BUTS, just give me a replacement. That was really disheartening for me as a company I FREQUENTLY buy food from would be disgruntled for selling me pungent smelling spinach. I told him to FORGET IT and I will NOT bring my services there ever again. I don't want any bad energy on MY food......

Additionally, we ordered 35 wings and they made them atomically hot without us asking for hot (versus mild which is the standard across literally the entire world). So multiple people that were expecting normal wings couldnāt finish their portions because our lips were on fire. When I called to let them know I was offered no apology (even about the napkins), I told that this how itās always done which is not at all the case in literally any place Iāve ever eaten in my entire life. They didnāt offer to refund or remake or even a simple apology.
