This location is absolutely horrible!! The employees are extremely rude and expect people, who are just trying to catch a flight, to know when they switch from breakfast to whatever they are serving, next. Each employee there (approximately 4 employees) yelled at the patrons. One woman waited for 3 uncooked bagels for 30 minutes. It was just a matter of putting them in a bag and handing them to her. They take your money and drag their feet causing you to nearly miss your flight while screaming "I'm from New York" because the customers were getting fed up with her bad attitude. If you look for good quality food and good customer service, my advice would be to skip this establishment. DONT pick Birch Coffee in terminal C at LaGuardia Airport. The employees will yell at you for trying to keep them employed. To the employees: You do realize customers are the reason you are employed. I understand jobs now a day can be trying but don't take your frustrations out on the patrons, spending their hard earn money at your...
Read moreI typically don't like leaving bad reviews, but this place was exceptionally bad. In addition to the system being down, the payment system itself is woefully inefficient. You need to order from a tablet kiosk, but then you have to pay at another tablet kiosk right next to the first kiosk. Why not just pay when you order? After ordering, they got our order wrong. Twice. In order to purchase food, you need to sit at the table in front of yet another tablet, but this time, you cannot order from said tablet. Instead, you need to take a photo of the QR code on the tablet. The kicker? They weren't serving food... All that to say, we paid $11 for a coffee and tea which wasn't correctly prepared. Hope they figure out how to run a...
Read moreHorrible experience. Not only is there a bogus system of ordering at one tablet and then paying at another ( which then I ultimately found out I could order on the payment tablets), the staff were exceptionally rude. One staff member was clicking her tongue and sighing with frustration because me and other customers couldnât figure out their stupid system. Another staff member who was preparing coffee touched the trash can with a gloved hand and then put a lid on my coffee and pressed it down with that same gloved hand. When I asked if that was mine, she was frustrated because there was no name on the coffee. So I had to ask what coffee it was and she had no idea what she...
