My waitress was very nice to me the whole time. My issues are primarily the quality of food and the prices paid. The salmon is so small, you’d be pissed at the portion size you receive, with the price of what you are paying. Plus, the food is so bland, it’s like, Where is the flavor????? For the price you are paying, you’d expect chef quality flavor, but you will not get it here. Then, there are supposedly hosts or hostesses, but they are playing around and not even paying attention to the guests as they arrive, to which the guests are seating themselves and then, are waiting forever and a day to be served. Then, you order through a QR code, which is self serve, instead of receiving an actual menu. I ordered the salmon with leafy greens, which only had greens and I think radish. The salmon was burnt, with tasteless, bland flavor. The salad was tasteless, skimpy, and unappealing. I could’ve made that at home myself. That was not worth $36 plus I ordered mashed potatoes on the side for $9.99. The mashed potatoes was the only thing that was well flavored, but not worth the price for a side. My waitress took back the salmon and brought me the half chicken. The chicken was only good with the side broth or juice that came with it. Without the broth or juice, it was flavorless too. They water down alcoholic drinks, which is ridiculous too. This place is so unorganized, overpriced, and dysfunctional. Save yourself the headache and just walk past this restaurant. I wouldn’t want anyone to experience what I did. The only two things that were the best out of this experience was the kindness of my waitress and the mashed...

Want to shout out Lamay (can’t remember if I got that right!) who was a fantastic bartender tonight in the midst of a bizarre situation. A very drunk man got off a flight and came over to myself and a few other girls (just met them) at the bar and exclaimed that one girl was the sexiest person he ever saw in a way that was so strong we thought he knew her and was doing a bit. Lamay quickly noticed it wasn’t and he was super conscious of the situation. When the girl went to the bathroom, Lamay went and checked in on her to make sure she was okay and felt safe. The man offered to buy our whole section a round of drinks - Lamay rightly said he would only allow him one drink but he could hang out and buy the drinks for everyone else. This went forward but the man gave attitude when it wasn’t enough wine for his liking so the bartender cut him off (rightly) and didn’t take any of his money for any of the drinks poured. The man then proceeded to be foul and cause more trouble-another patron said the guy was making racial remarks. Lamay went above and beyond to watch out for the female patrons and the world could use more men like him…so I’m leaving this review to ensure his managers know he had outstanding service. (And, he ended up running into the guy when he later went to take a break and heard him out and they hugged! Truly amazed.) thank you to the managers here for also checking in on their team member - please applaud him for how he treated his customers and...

Terrible management. Requesting payment and tip (specifically instructed how to give higher tip) before service. While this may be the current cultural shift at LGA I think it is a terrible idea for the reasons this post highlights. We were not offered drinks. Last meal came out after others had finished their meal. When we brought this to attention of management instead of being apologetic they were rude and extremely defensive. They insinuated it wasn’t their fault and if anything we didn’t anticipate their deficiencies well enough. Management repeated that they had to worry about food service at other tables coming out too. It is not the responsibility of the paying customer to organize timing and delivery of food in a working restaurant - especially one charging top end airport prices (ex $17 for a bowl of soup). By charging the customer up front, the manager is protecting their pocket against complaints. Absolute nonsense and something you wouldn’t get from a standard restaurant. Server was very nice and we felt bad for her but ownership and management is terrible. Food is ok. Would...

Can’t get your order rite, but it’s already paid for so now what am I gonna do? I understand you’re an airport and people might runoff after they order something by why should I have to suffer with your neglect to be attentive and pay attention to what I order and paid for before I could get it so now I can’t get nothing back in return just stuck with a loss and a raw meal. Not recommended

Decent French food especially for an airport; the breaded artichoke with garlic aioli was good, wild mushrooms were a bit greasy but good, greens salad was very plain but good. Ordered with QR code at the table. It seems that if you open a tab and add to it later, your new items won’t register; I had to check with the waiter and so did the table near me.

Good for an airport restaurant. Over priced. Limited selection. French dip was good but not enough au jous in a tiny dispenser not made for dipping. Horseradish was too mild. Power outlets for business travelers are inconvenient and nearly impossible to use without crawling under the counter. Order by QR code so there's no personal service.
