Due to the fact that Terminal C does not have a lounge for Priority Pass members, they were forced to go to one of the restaurants in this terminal. The food was very mediocre, the potatoes were overcooked and bitter because of that. The coffee was just as tasteless as in the airplane, which is strange...... But the prices are “like at the airport” and the tip is at least 18%! 2 coffees and 2 omelets with cheese cost $95 with tip( It goes without saying that the price does not correspond to the quality, but we sat in comfort and privacy before the flight. I recommend it if absolutely necessary.

I believe the restuarant really need to have their staff/waiters to treat their customers more courteously. My server thought she pretapped a 20% gratuity to me before handing me the tablet, was least concerned on checking with me if needed anything. The restuarant when I had gone there at LGA Delta terminal area altogether had probably 4 customers, so it wasn’t busy. I come from Dubai where the tips are not forced on you and they give you world class service. You definitely need to up your game. Food was good but very experience. Not a great experience overall.

Absolute garbage. Airports provide limited options at the best of times and overcharging is to be expected, but this place manages to go above and beyond by completely removing service. Orders are required to be placed at tablets at the table. This wouldn't be bad if it was either smart/intuitive software or had the alternative option to order from one of the waitstaff - neither was the case. No knowledge of what beers were available, no support or interest in helping clientele, and zero logic in the software provided. Dumb idea, badly executed.

I would not recommend this establishment to anyone!!! It's over priced and the service was horrible. The were three of us in our group. By the time I got my plate my coworkers had finished their meals. I ordered meatloaf, what a mistake!!! It was burnt on the bottom and barely any gravy on the potatoes to help swallow not only burnt meatloaf but dry as well. I paid 4.00 for and Arnold Palmer and when I asked for a refill she never bought it to me but amazingly enough had time to play with her cellphone! When we were ready to leave she came over to ask how everything was (I'm sure it was because she saw her tip) when I said it wad not very good and that she never bought me my refill she was quick to tell me I never asked for one. Funny how I picked up my empty glass and waved it and somehow my coworkers heard me ask her for it and were wondering why she never bought it over either. Well I'm usually a great tipper as I was once a waitress myself but in that profession you must know you have to earn it. She truly failed and failed miserably and also made this place look worse than it...

I highly do not recommend the Prime Tavern, our waitress was extremely rude after we asked her to bring us the bacon that we had already ordered, that she forgot, and had to ask for twice before finally running out of time before we had to catch our flight. Then when we tried to take the ($8.00!!) charge for a side of bacon off of our tab she told us that she removed it when she never did and tried to keep the charge on our tab, while having to wait over twenty minutes for the waitress to finally get the manager. Then after asking for a cup of apple juice three times she finally took my glass to fill it up and gave me the wrong glass that was covered in lipstick (I don’t wear lipstick) soon after she messed up my order and never fixed it, all of this was already upsetting enough as it was, then as we were walking out we heard the same waitress talking bad about my family to another waitress. All in all I had a horrible experience at the Prime Tavern but the manager was very sweet and gave us a discount for the...

Do not waste your money at this place. I ordered a glass of wine only to have the waitress finally come out of hiding 20 minutes later to say that they were out of the one I ordered. I ordered another option only to find out the same thing another 20 minutes later. At this point the food had arrived. I asked for the wine charge to be cancelled. I was assured that it had been by the manager, only to discover that my card had been charged later for the wine I never got. As for the steak, the piece of meat that was served was not a prime filet as advertised. I'm certain it was not even a filet. I frequently order Pat La Freida steak to cook at home, and am familiar with the quality. This was no Pat La Freida steak! If Pat LaFreida is supplying this restaurant with meat of such poor quality, then what a scam. The service and the food was terrible. And the iPads for ordering frequently don't work, but there aren't enough wait staff around...
