I stepped into this place because a friend of mine had made a review and he was correct. The food was good however the kitchen area was messy. There's no way a broom a mop and cleaning utensils should be in the cooking area. At the waffle station there was waffle mixture on the counter. There's no excuse once you spill the mixture clean it up. Because if not because for the area to be unsanitary. The seating area was neat and very well lit there was approximately five people working in the area and they were courteous however they didn't seem to really want to assist two people including myself by taking our orders immediately. I wasn't happy with this. I ordered the waffle and chicken and waffle was nice and soft tasted basically like a pancake nothing spectacular. The chicken was very well seasoned not overly salty or peppery which is a good thing. I have not tried a number of the items that my friends spoke of perhaps I'll be back nothing on the menu was price low enough for someone who's on the budget to get more than two items basically what I'm saying if you're going there with less than $15 don't expect to get two meals for you and your kid or whoever you're getting the second meal for. Kind of pricey do I blame it on the Trump administration and the tariffs no not at all. If I do return perhaps I will try something else. I do know that the milkshake was extremely pricey. I noticed the 4.9 rating a quarter mile's walk from home and decided to give it a shot. Halal spots are a dime a dozen in this city - is this one really that good? In a word, yes. Deeply aromatic spice to the chicken. Lamb bits nice and crisp. There's a big handful of seasoned fries on top of the platter. The salad has finely chopped red cabbage. Hot sauce is moderately spicy. White sauce isn't overly greasy. And the portion was HUGE - a $12 combo platter was two easy meals - it was so heavy that when I got home, I put the tray on my kitchen scale. It was over 35 ounces! Your mileage may vary of course but I got two very delicious meals out of my order and am going to make my way back to see if the burgers and chicken sandos live up to the standard the combo...

I recently visited this establishment and had a decent experience with the food. However, the quality of service was severely lacking. Upon entering, the staff were more engaged in their cellphones, failing to acknowledge my presence with even a simple greeting. I even provided feedback to the cashier suggesting how a basic greeting upon customers' arrival can improve customer experience.Unfortunately, my comment was ignored and when another customer arrived, they too were ignored. When I left, staff didn't express gratitude for my support of their newly opened business, just silence as I walked out.
