Bloomfield market place — Restaurant in New York

I was excited to see a new deli in East harlem. Most delis in this area are either small, lacking presentation, mid food, or a combination of the three. Bloomfield marketplace has decent food with a wide selection of snacks, drinks, and candy. The reason I give this place 2 stars is the customer service and pricing for my iced coffee. The cashier was off putting and made my girlfriend and I feel unwelcomed by her demeanor towards us. She continued to watch the cameras as we browsed the store and showed little customer service during checkout. I purchased a large Iced coffee that might as well have been an extra small milk with how much ice and milk that filled the cup. Food is good , but very expensive! Customer service isn’t good at all . They feel as if the store caters to the new building (1998) and not the community! From the cashiers talking very rude to the chefs not listening when you talk to them like if your asking them to do anything else besides there job ! Last but not least upon ordering food there was a sharpie marker capped in the food display unit on the food . This store needs to improve on how they handle customers and realize that the service you give doesn’t only pertain to individuals that live in the building upstairs it’s for the whole community that so heavily compensates for the food that they ordered. This supermarket is such a gem! The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the store is well-organized and clean.
