We went to this bar/restaurant while on a layover in JFK. The service was fast and friendly and they have outlets at the bar for charging you phone. We had the Pit Bean Humus, which they make with their baked beans and they serve with chips. The chips are made there, not out of a bag. "The Road Trip" includes 2 burnt, crunchy ribs slathered in molasses, about 4 oz of pulled pork, (salty but otherwise moist and edible) and 3 tiny ramekins of slaw (good) pickles (average) and sweet potato mash (sicky sweet, barely edible)
The cost for this smorgasbord? $26.

$5. For a twenty five cent bun.

But then again why would you go to a bbq place in New York and especially in an airport. So don't get your hope up for great...
