I ordered ahead of time via Google and was told it would be ready in 8 minutes. I came maybe two minutes early but was ok with waiting. I noticed that the barista puts a cup aside and continues filling orders. People come and go and I'm still waiting FIVE minutes past my pickup time. It's only after that said time did she place my order on the counter. When I expressed my disappointment I was told that since it's a Google order they place it on the counter "just in case it's a pick up order."
