WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I am shocked! I have been ordering from this place for the longest time and I clearly expected the customer service to match the food I enjoy from here but, boy was I wrong!
BE CAREFUL with their daily specials. They always have a buy 1 get 1 free special on Uber eats, which I usually order from a couple of times a month.
Today I was near the area so I picked up my order in person instead of having it delivered. When the girl at the bar hands me my order, I quickly realize there’s an item missing. They only gave me 1 pasta.
When I try to find her to let her know, she’s literally seating and eating at the bar as the restaurant is open and there are clients in the restaurant. I let her know that there is a pasta missing; I explained to her that I ordered the 2 for 1 and I showed her. She said there was probably a mistake on the order because it said there was only one ordered.
I explain to her, yet again, that I ordered the 2 for 1 and that I can understand that mistakes happen and I said: “I don’t mind waiting” and processed to ask if they can make the other one. She literally SAID NO!
She said it’s not her, it’s the guys in the kitchen and that she knows they’re not going to make it. I was taken aback by her answer and lack of care, but in my disbelief for such poor customer service, I then asked her if she can please (at least) ask the staff to make the other one. She literally said “I’ll ask but they’re going to say no”. She proceeded to go to the kitchen to tell them what happened in Spanish not realizing that I can understand and comes back in less than a second to say NO!
Again I paid for the 2 for 1! I understand mistakes can happen, I don’t mind waiting; I asked for the missing item (that is already paid for!!!) and they refuse to make it!
I am at a loss for words, clueless on what to do and don’t even know how to feel about this place that I was so looking forward to visit and enjoy in person one day. I’ve never experienced such TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, specially at a restaurant! Be Better!
If you can’t live up to the set expectations, don’t set them!

Then I asked Management about placing an order for spaghetti’s and shrimp and I asked him what choice do I choose from the menu to order spaghetti and shrimp. He told me the choice with the spaghetti and meatballs. After I hung up with the young man, I change my mind instead of having buy one get one free spaghetti and meatballs and then another order of spaghetti and shrimp. Purchased two orders of spaghetti with shrimp now I know that the spaghetti and shrimp were not part of the buy one get one free meal. So I was under the impression that the restaurant will have known that I wanted two orders of spaghetti and shrimp no spaghetti and meatballs. Now I’m human. I have a right to change my mind regarding what I want to eat when I opened my food at least about an hour or two later because I also work in the service business. I realize the order had meatballs and spaghetti and shrimp and spaghetti. I called the restaurant and I tried to explain that I had changed my mind , once I started placing my order. He told me I was wrong. We were going back-and-forth on the phone. He did not allow me to explain myself. He kept talking over me. I even walked over to the restaurant and had to talk with him the only reason why he kept quiet is because there were people in the restaurant. It’s a shame because they really make great food but Management needs to work on his customer service. As a good manager, he should have said to me “ma’am I apologize I misunderstood”. Read moreOur experience at this restaurant was an absolute disaster. From the start, we were treated rudely by a server because we accidentally made a reservation at another location within the same chain. Instead of resolving the situation politely, we were practically yelled at, making us feel embarrassed and completely unwelcome.
The atmosphere was chaotic and unprofessional. Not only were the staff loudly discussing their business matters right next to us, but we could also hear the bartender screaming across the bar to customers on the other end. It felt more like a dive bar than a restaurant, which was surprising considering how few people were there.
While my food was fine, though we waited a long time for it, my partner's meal was completely cold--even the entree, prosciutto burrata with tomatoes was icy as if it had just come from the freezer. There was no apology or explanation for this.
To top it all off, when I got home and checked the receipt, I realized I had been overcharged. I ordered the day's special, the beef ravioli and was told it was $20, but the bill listed it as $28. They blatantly lied to me about the price.
