Got the flounder and it was cooked perfectly - nice and succulent and silky on the inside with a nice subtle batter seasoned with light pepper. Tasted like the original KFC seasoning from the 80s. As I waited for my order I observed a gentleman wearing a wet apron pick up trash from the ground using a pair of large tongs. TONGS!!! A kitchen utensil. He did this right before my eyes. He then returned to restaurant and rinsed the tongs with water and returned them to the kitchen area. I immediately reported the incident to the young lady receiving customers.
