Got the flounder and it was cooked perfectly - nice and succulent and silky on the inside with a nice subtle batter seasoned with light pepper. Tasted like the original KFC seasoning from the 80s. Definitely get the sweet potato fries, they were cooked perfectly and nice and fresh. Overall, good value and quality. It's not mind blowing fish and chips like in London, but it is more of a Southern, soul food style fish and chips that are very well priced for NYC at around $13, so in that context, I will give it 5 stars. I put two stars for overall service because that food was disgusting it's only good enough to eat if you're starving and you're hungry I only ate two out of the 10 piece of shrimp cooked everybody loves not only that they are extremely rude I wouldn't eat there or by anyting they're they're not welcomed into their customers and they're not thankful that they even own a business there making good money and they don't treat us with respect they treat us like we're obligated to pay their rent mortgage and the water bill with that disgusting food like I said disgusting service not only did I give them three stars but I wouldn't recommend that...

I ordered a 3 pc fish and waited outside in front of the establishment. As I waited for my order I observed a gentleman wearing a wet apron pick up trash from the ground using a pair of large tongs. TONGS!!! A kitchen utensil. He did this right before my eyes. He then returned to restaurant and rinsed the tongs with water and returned them to the kitchen area. I immediately reported the incident to the young lady receiving customers. She apologized and issued a refund. Although she was professional, her response to my complaint was, “We don’t use the tongs on this side of the store”. I guess that makes it ok! DO...
