New Golden Dragon — Restaurant in New York

This is a decent chinese Place. They get ample business since they are located by the train station and give their customers better prices than their competition to keep them returning. Their portion amounts are generous as well. The only thing I'd AVOID here is the beef dishes & fried ball-chicken dishes like general Tso chicken/orange chicken/and sesame seed chicken. DON'T BUY IT! I don't know if they boil their beef & chicken before cooking it further but the texture is mushy for the beef & it's overcooked and off for the ball breaded chicken with an old taste to it. It's almost as if someone deep fried and breaded pork crackling and then served it in sauce & not in a good way. Maybe its fried chicken skin? The other reviewers are correct in that. Otherwise...

I bought two services of sesame chicken with pork fried rice and the chicken was full of dough and fat greasy and soggy it was not at all crunchy it felt like they gave us an old order someone else had order that had been laying around their restaurant. The container was packed with also soggy rice that was full of water and packed like mud I'm never ever buying from them again in my life worst experience I ever had buying Chinese food me and my best friend couldn't eat this and had to throw it away as soon as we tasted it all only ate our container of Broccoli because we were hungry and threw $18 dollars worth of food in the garbage smh I'm still so upset it made her even lose...

My girlfriend introduced me to this spot. She sweared by it. She claimed they have the best general tso's and well..they do !! They remain to have the best tso's and have nailed every other order making them best chinese take out ! As mentioned, with any other order I've chosen to order to change it up with for the sake of trying, I've enjoyed it the best from here. Staff is great as well. Pricing is cheap! AND the best tasting !!! (Its sad when I try general tso's from another chinese restaurant. They just can't do it like they do here. Plus, perfect portioning ! & more generous than others) This remains to be my girlfriend and I's go-to place...
