I called on a Sunday to order food and had me on hold for a half an hour then I figured I'd hang up and call again and the line was busy because they still had my call on hold. Ok I gave them another shot today and I called to order food for me to pick up and they seemed happy about me picking up my own food. In the time I walked from my home to this establishment it should be done. Nope when I got there a lady knew about my phone order mind you there's six people working and it's not busy and they all took four people ahead of me, how fair is that. I was trying to keep my composure and I told the lady I made an order through the phone where is my bagged food so that I can take my food to go and pay. She says oh yeah and begins to prepare my food. I am never coming here again. They all looked right at me and no one bothered to help me and the lady who knew about my order because she asked me , decided to make other people who came in after me a priority. The soup you are requesting is not ready yet. Willing to wait of course. But because of lack of communications the one who asked me to wait, also what else I wanted but disappeared and another girl started my order. If you are not telling me what are you going to do I am assuming you are not interested in assisting me no more. First the girl acted like she don’t know what I was talking about then I got passed on to two other people who were absolutely no help. When I told the third person. She has the nerve to tell me I am the only one who called to complain nobody else had a problem with eating burned rice. No customer service at all and disgusting attitude.
