Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in New York

PLS BEWARE previous review that this location decided to hide instead of trying to make right:

I have loved Buffalo Wild Wings for as long as I can remember. The food is always great, although the customer service at this location? A whole different story. I placed an order at around 9:15-9:20, the order stated it would be ready by 9:40pm. My boyfriend and I get to the location at 9:40, and the person at the front told us they were still making it. I completely understood and waited. It was 10:15 when they gave us the order.

When we got the order, it was completely wrong. Sauces on the wings were wrong, and they didn’t give any of the celery, carrots, or potato wedges ordered. Thank god we checked the back before we left. If you’re going to make us wait longer for the order, at least get it right. It is now 10:58, a whole hour after we placed this order and we are still waiting for our right order. At this point all I wanted is a refund, but they stated since their manager isn’t in that isn’t an option.

It is now 11:15pm, we have been in here for an hour and 30 mins and are still waiting on our last portion of the order. I am a very understanding person, but this is absurd service. A worker was screaming at her coworkers in the back, getting upset at the team for the wrong orders made. Angelina, I think her name was? Maybe if she wasn’t yelling up a storm then the orders would be put in on time and correctly. She was yelling stating she was the only one doing anything, yet the only person helping us out was Tyler (that man needs a raise). Many people have been waiting for this location to open, and now that it is, please do better. This is the second time we have ordered from this location and the second time our orders were incorrectly made / we were missing portions of our order. Shoutout to Tyler for being the only competent one, sincerely apologizing for the wait meanwhile Angelina was yelling up a storm, at Tyler and the staff stating that she has been the only one working on everything (which is a COMPLETE lie). All she did was yell at the other employees, or at least that’s all I heard the whole 1hr and 45 mins we were here. I hope she realizes the whole store can hear her loud and clear.

Thank you Tyler for making this wait worth it, chatting it up with us and apologizing for Angelina and whoever is in the back’s behavior. That girl needs to go or better yet, understand how to communicate with her coworkers and customers, the immaturity radiates off her behavior. Everyone other than Tyler did not say a word to me, or even apologized for this. They just stared at me whenever they saw me waiting for the order and ran to the back to chit chat about it after. It is not that hard to do your job right and efficiently. It is now 11:20 and we have finally left the store, a whole 1hr and 40 mins later. The girls staring at me while we have been waiting for almost 2 hours acting like we’re the problem is crazy.

I don’t even know where to begin with this Buffalo Wild Wings. The level of incompetence here is unreal. It’s pure, utter carelessness. I get that weed is legal now, but there is no excuse for employees to be stepping out mid-shift, coming back clearly high, and then handling food without washing their hands. It’s unsanitary and honestly disgusting.

On top of that, orders are constantly given away or remade incorrectly. Even when they “fix” it, they still manage to forget something. How hard is it to double-check an order? And then they have the nerve to overcharge for sauces while giving you incomplete or wrong food.

I’ve personally watched staff come out of the bathroom in under 30 seconds and head straight back without washing their hands. Combine that with the constant slowness and disorganization, and it’s clear management has completely lost control of this location.

Whoever owns this franchise needs to seriously reevaluate the staff and restart from the ground up. It’s beyond frustrating, it’s unsanitary, and it’s not worth spending a single dollar here...
