Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in New York

I hate to do this to a local business but I have to be honest. We ordered through DD. I ordered Garlic Parm, Chipotle and dry rub lemon pepper with 2 orders of wedges. Wedges were good. Standard. The wings however. Not good. Deplorable almost. The chipotle dry rub was barely on the wing itself and left the wing rather tasteless. l'm not sure how they cook their plain wings but I believe they are seriously plain. Not a flick of salt nor pepper. How do I know if 1 ordered all flavored wings? Oh. Glad you asked. The garlic parmesan wings were bare. No garlic. No parm in site. Just bare plain wings. They did give an Asian zing sauce on the side though. However, in my eyes. Garlic parm, and out of all the sauces you'd think Asian Zing is the closest??? I think not my dear. The lemon peppers were okay not as good as wingstop (not much of a fan of wingstop either) but atleast edible. For almost $60 this is unacceptable. A shame being that it is local. After Arby’s left a few years ago, this space sat vacant for a few years, but now it’s 2024 and I’m glad that Buffalo Wild Wings decided to make their way into Co-Op City.

It’s not a place where you can watch your favorite sports teams and a bar to have a drink like at a normal BWW, but it’s a takeout wing spot. The space inside is quite nice, there are a few tables and chairs to sit down and eat, but nothing crazy. The employees there are nice and make the food on time.

Now the food: I decided to eat it on the Co-Op City greenway instead of inside the place. I got an All American cheeseburger with fries, and a $1 soda. I also got a 6 boneless wings Mild. The burger was alright, not the best I’ve had, but was cooked right. Fries were a bit too seasoned. As for the wings, I asked for it to be mild, and it said mild on the wing box, but the wing sauce on them were very spicy.

Honestly I’d try it again, but I wouldn’t eat here all the time. Maybe once in a blue...

Place an order online and Buffalo Wild Wings sent the order out with DoorDash. When my dasher arrived I opened my door and all my food was on the floor. My dasher said he’ll get in contact with door dash and door dash will have Buffalo Wild Wings send out another order. When I got in contact with BWW they said I’d have to contact DoorDash. DoorDash was no help because they said they can’t do anything because the order wasn’t placed through DoorDash it was placed through BWW. They did get me on a 3 way call with both DoorDash and BWW and the employee at BWW hung up on me. Here’s a picture of my dasher dropping my order and trying to pick it back up and give it to me. If I didn’t open my door and seen I probably would’ve accepted the order that was all over the floor. I was not compensated by either BWW...
