This burger king in general is really bad. This is the 2nd time ive been here, first time it wasnt as bad, but the food was cold. Tonight, the guy on the drive thru asked what my order was. I told him, he i guess ignored everything i said and kept talking on the speaker to his coworkers or the other customers. I waited 10 minutes. 10 MINUTES patiently…and he kept talking to his coworkers. I said hello & are you ready? Or are you available. Nope total ignore. So i drove around, there were no cars. The guy looked shocked at me and hes like did you place an order. Yes guy. I did. But you were busy talking to others. So i told him my order again. And he walks away, then hes asking again my order. Im like bro. If you cant do this job please dont. So hes like oh i thought you said you have a mobile order. What…when did i say such thing? I didnt even know bk had an app. He took my order finally & within 5 minutes my order was in his hand…the fries were cold, my drink was fine, but the sandwich wasnt cooked properly. Read moreUpdate: 11/16/22 As I mentioned below this is my favorite BK in Brooklyn. Tonight I was there and had the pleasure of being assisted by an amazing worker named Asia. She was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to meet my expectations and needs. And after meeting her manager I see why they are both running the show. These two young ladies. Deserve an award for outstanding customer service. If anyone from corporate comes across this. Please take the time to truly appreciate and acknowledge them and the hard work which they do. A+ experience all day and every day!
This is and always has been my go to spot whenever I'm in the mood for BK. But as of lately they have a young lady working the drive thru. Her name is Makayla OGM. She has such a beautiful and welcoming personality. The first time she served us, we were on our way home and was still talking about how pleasant she was. Well today I can officially confirm it wasn't a one time thing.she its truly a joy to interact with. I hope more business have more employees like her. BK great addition to your team A+!!!
