Being my first time at Stop & Stor I would say that the front desk experience at Stop & Stor's there customer service was great the two gentlemen at the front desk helped me immensely. The questions that I had was answered, furthermore the gentlemen that took me up to the unit was courteous and polite in answering questions that needed to be answered in order to make my final decision. Going to stop and store was the best decision I made for storing my personal things. I was greeted once I entered the establishment. I was given clear information and was able to get the discounts that I needed. The building was very clean. James is the person to be thanked for that he was also helpful in assisting in my unpacking portion at stop and store, he needs a raise hands down.
