Burger King — Restaurant in New York

So I order pick up for an original chicken sandwich and ice cream cone and when I get there the order is ready so I decide to sit down and eat my ice cream cone. The place it's self was pretty dirty with leftover wrappers and people eating food from other restaurants but that's not a big problem for me. I eat my ice cream and it was SPOILED. I tried to stick it out thinking it something in their ice cream but it was very obviously spoiled milk. I tell the guy at the counter and he decides to make me ANOTHER CONE. Without even changing the ice cream in the machine. They were obviously foreign and barley understood English so I just let it go but why hire workers that can't communicate with customers?? This a real problem in nyc fast food industry. Anyways got home ate the chicken sandwich and the lettuce tasted weird and the was soaked in oil and weird...

PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! I am not one to use racism but this place is very racist I mean the employees. I don’t know which part of Asia they are from but they are rude and act like they own the place.

I have been here twice and will not go there again. Both times it was lunch rush hour and the Asians are always in the back chitchatting.

Today, there were 6 people in uniform but only two were working and they were black. The others were male Asians and they were gathered in the back talking making me wait longer for my orders. When one Asian finally came to assist, he was nonchalant and quickly went back to the group to continue lazing about. This is ridiculous and I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE AGAIN. Don't go to this BK. They don't care about your business and it begins with the manager/asst. manager. She placed my order for me and I had to repeat it several times. "Eat in" is not something they do, giving me my order in a bag after I showed my receipt to her. "No" was her favorite word and my receipt didn't even have the restaurant number or the address!

Do you think they don't want you to leave a review on mybkexperience? I've never been to a BK that treats you so badly and the food I purchased was sub-par.
