Burger King — Restaurant in New York

If I could give a negative star I would. I asked for a simple order. I waited 6 mins on my lunch break for the server to finish playing on his phone and his coworker to wake him up to realize I was ready to order. I asked for a number 1 the breakfast sandwich with the fries simple and easy. I got a greasy sandwich and greasy fries that I couldn't finish. I was hoping at least my coffee would of been decent since I asked for 2 creams 2 sugars. The employee gave me straight black coffee. If there was cream and sugar elseware he could of spoke up and said something but I guess he couldn't hear me with his airport in and probably he was too focused on finishing up to jump back into his phone. Listen times are already hard people work long hours day in day out. If you don't like your job quit and give it to someone who actually needs it. I was really debating writing this because I hate putting bad reviews but the whole experience was ridiculous. Whats up with the this location never opening on time? It's currently 8:30am and this Burger King is closed. They started doing this during COVID and thats understandable. But now everyone fast food restaurant opens at normal hours. Why not this one? Mc Donald's up the block is open. Dunkin right next door is open.
