Haven't been here in awhile. Friday 10/7/22 I came in around 9:30 pm maybe even 10 and ordered 3 YoYo's. One steak, one pork, and one chicken. I asked for the sauce on the side. I was double parked around the corner so after placing my order I went outside to check on it. There weren't many people there when I ordered but when I got back there were. I saw they were serving numbers that were greater than my ticker number so I asked the woman behind the counter if mine was ready and showed her my ticket and she said yes. I also asked her if the sauce was on the side because I didn't want the sauce on the Yoyo. She proceeded to grab a bag that was sitting waiting and ready to go and realized it wasn't mine. To my mistake about 15 minutes later she singled me out and I walked over and she handed me my bag. I was talking to a woman who visits family in Manhattan from Massachusetts and orders here everytime shes in town, but that she didn't know what they were doing this particular night. After grabbing my bag I said thank you to the staff member and goodbye to the lady. I went to my car and drove to Westchester. When I got the food home I started to serve my 2 quests the food and we saw that all the Yoyos were chicken and the order receipt that is usually stapled to the bag was actually inside under the first 2 Yoyos and it wasn't even my number. I still have yet to taste the steak and pork and wasn't particularly happy with chicken as it is not what I ordered. Also to note each Yoyo comes with 3 types of sauce and they didn't put enough in there for one so one of my guests had to eat theirs with hot sauce. I don't know if I will be back and if the prices are the same for all the meats. Disappointing to travel far to get take out food to get home and it to be completely wrong. There was police and ambulance presence at the corner so I didn't check the bag as I didn't want to open each one individually. I advise anyone to sit down inside and check their bag before leaving. Also each plantain was different in thickness in each of the 3 Yoyos. Picture is my Yoyo disassembled and without the top plantain because it was way too thick (both were top and bottom) and the police presence when checking on my car and going back inside to get my food . 15 minutes turned into 35 and I didn't even get...

Little do they know you are in the industry and can pass along the racism and fraud going on in there how dare you refuse someone to pick up their food after it was already paid for because one of their own thought they were brave to start a problem with you while you waited outside for your food to be ready and literally did nothing but wait outside while they entertain drunk people starting problems on the outside for no reason like I said don't recommend they are very racist there and refuse to give you your order that was paid for already because they were protecting their kind ....never even tried to offer a refund or fix the issue so basically I paid for food I never got...
