Chimi Loko — Restaurant in New York

The price for my regular order from here (pica pollo) has gone up 50% and I got FOOD POISONING 🤢 from this place for the first time. I obviously can't order from here ever again. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They added some seating and decorations to their restaurant. The space is way too small for the seating, so now it's even more crowded. I guess this change is supposed to justify the price increase, but why would anyone choose to pay 50% more money in exchange for an entire day exhausted in bed...

I just ordered a Yaroa today and a beef chimi. They sent me three chimis and didn’t send the Yaroa. Two of the chimis were “beef” and the third chicken. The chicken was cold. The “beef” chimi was horrible made and both chimis had a beef patty in them that were burned. I’ve been living in uptown manhattan my whole life and I’ve never seen a chimi made with a beef patty that was probably frozen and then thrown into a bun. Ridiculous and lazy. Worst costumer service ever, they’re not professional or polite to anyone, they forget your order or mess up your order most of the time, rarely pick up the phone when you call for delivery , always joking or talking top of your food while it’s been cook , they’re very careless and the time they say they are open isn’t accurate.
