Yes, I could see the food being prepared when I walked into the shop. It’s clearly visible. But let’s be honest, am I supposed to stand there and watch every step of the process? I actually was picking up an order for a client and wow I was impressed by the customer service and good vibes. It was very busy so the order was slightly delayed, but what was EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE was the communication, empathy, & top notch customer service. The nice young lady that was taking orders was aware of the delay and she was trying her best to make sure the process sped up while taking customer orders. She did an excellent job with navigating the situation while keeping a smile on her face and addressing each customer with friendliness & good vibes. At the same time the duo that was preparing the order took their time to make sure each order was perfectly cooked & displayed nicely. I haven’t had a crepe in years but I am definitely coming back as a customer to order a crepe & a slushee!!!
