China Express — Restaurant in New York

On Monday Oct 14th I ordered food for my family and me . My son had his own plate (pork fried rice and chicken wings) as he was going to eat his last chicken wing before starting to eat the rice he found a hair in between of the wing and rice ! I’ve ordered from China express for EVER . My family recommended... but they lost me when i found a hair in my food. Yes , things happen but at a restaurant employeers should be a little more cautious when it comes to their employees having facial hair , etc . Hair neats should also be worn . When I called to give the complaint they sound very funny over the phone. I then visit the restaurant that evening after leaving school . I Brought the plate of food with me which still had the hair in it. When I got to the restaurant as I was explaining to them how we found a hair in the food, they thought that it was a joke. which I found was highly disrespectful . I always order from China express And they very well know that. They Tried to say that I was the one who placed the hair in the food just to get a refund of $7 When my order was over $30 !!! It wasn’t even about the money it was about findinga hair in my sons food. I felt like I was having a debate with employee. Also Their delivery guy is so rude because the minute you don’t tip him he comes off nasty and says “no tip today” or “no tip for me” I honestly don’t think that employees should be asking for tips. There’s times where one may have it and there’s times where they don’t. And the day that you don’t have it expect for him to ask for it or smack his teeth and give you...

THE PHONE GIRL HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! YOU CAN TELL THIS PHONE GIRL DOESN'T TAKE THE JOB SERIOUSLY TO UNDERSTAND HOW AMERICANS ARE VERY DETAILED IN HOW WE ORDER. YOU CAN'T BE A PHONE GIRL GETTING UP IN YOUR FEELINGS OVER A CUSTOMER EXPLAINING HOW THEY WANT THEIR FOOD COOKED ESPECIALLY WHEN THE CUSTOMERS ARE CONTRIBUTING TO YOUR PAY CHECK. IT'S A GIVE AND TAKE BUSINESS YOU HAVE TO BE ALIGNED WITH THE CUSTOMER REQUESTS RESPECTFULLY WITHOUT GETTING UPSET OVER MINOR PETTINESS OR GETTING OFFENSIVE TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER IF YOU CAN'T FULFIL A CERTAIN REQUEST THEN SAY SO RESPECTFULLY WITHOUT A NASTY ATTITUDE LIKE A LITTLE GIRL. BUSINESSES ISN'T MADE FOR YOUNG KIDS TRYING TO WORK IN AN ADULT SITUATION WHO THINK IMMATURELY. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. I'D RATHER TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE TO AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT HAVE A PHONE GIRL WITH A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS NOT JUST SOME OR SELECTIVE FEW THEY CHOOSE TO SPEAK WITH RESPECTFULLY YOU MUST SPEAK TO ALL THE CUSTOMERS RESPECTFULLY THE SAME. JUST BECAUSE YOUR HAVING A BAD DAY OR NOT IN A PROFESSIONAL MOOD THAT'S NO RIGHT TO TAKE OUT YOUR FRUSTRATIONS ON THE CUSTOMER WHO'S HELPING THE RESTAURANT YOU WORK FOR TO REMAIN IN BUSINESS BECAUSE THESE WORKERS FORGET THE FACTS OF THE PEOPLE KEEPS YOUR JOB SECURITY SECURE INTACT NOT YOUR ENTITLED SPOILED...

I will never order from this place ever again!! I ordered veg fried rice with Chicken wings and there was a dead roach in my rice.When I complained about it they didn't believe me and made me return my food to the restuarant and show them.30 min later the Chinese lady came back with a Starbucks gift card and apologized.Blaming the cook for being unclean and that they will fire him.I never ordered again until 3 mths later .I see this place changing its appearance .Looking clean,and change of staff.So I gave it another try.BIG MISTAKE.This time I ordered wings and fries 2 egg rolls.Keeping it simple, thinking how can they mess this up.First impression is the delivery guy is rude and aggressive."$10.75 " he says and hands me the receipt.I see that there is a charge for delivery already so since he was so abrasive I decided not to give him a tip and requested $9 change from the $20 I gave him.He immediately proclaimed "No Tip!!" ....I then informed him..Giving you a tip is my choice,the restuarant already charges me for delivery but you have to earn your tip.I then called the restaurant informing them of what had just occurred and the young man hung up the phone on me before I finished .Then my daughter opens her food and the chicken is raw.BEWARE NIEGHBORS,THIS PLACE IS NO GOOD.I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER...
