Where do I start? I ordered online at 8:13 PM and arrived at 8:23. Ok, not unusual… they’ll just make it when I arrive… and wait in this line of delivery and pick-up orderers. So I wait patiently and I notice they take priority in the people who come in the door over people who ordered online 10-30 minutes prior. Some workers just stand around doing absolutely nothing. My order was eventually marked as completed in the app. I asked if they have my order and they show me a tag with my name on it at about 8:45 and they finally tell me… there’s no meat and they hadn’t made my order. Maybe if you put me on a higher priority over the people who had walked in between 8:20-8:45 this wouldn’t have happened. So the workers have no common sense and do nothing. Oh, and not only that but since they marked the order as finished instead of marking it as incomplete or something, my free entree was marked as used, despite me never getting my food… why would they mark the order as completed and ready when the food can’t even be made? Had to contact support but getting to an agent to reinstate the free entree was a tedious process. If you’re in a rush, NEVER go here especially later in the day. They even messed up someone else’s order and overcharged them and couldn’t fix a basic chicken bowl order.
If you’re in the area, go to 3781 Broadway. They’re much faster despite being a bit understaffed. At least they got their stuff together and have...
Read moreWorking nearby, its great having a chipotle. What's not great are the homeless that come in. Please don't get me wrong, I have no issue with homeless and theres a mens only homeless shelter nearby but when you are paying for your meal and eating inside the restaurant, you expect to have standards. One homeless man wa sholdomg the door in hopes of loose change but it was 90degrees out and he would leave the door open, letting air out. Then as im eating my meal at the high top, another homeless man comes in with this mustard(y) colored goo all over his hands (diarrhea for all i know) and he walks over to the soda machine where the napkins and silverware are and takes his duffle bag off, throws it on the floor, places some gadget on the counter and grabs napkins and starts wiping himself down..his face, neck, etc from sweat. Then grabs more napkins to wipe the goo/poo/whatever off his hands. I instantly lost my appetite and literally nearly threw up wondering how often this happens...is he dripping sweat into the forks where I just took one from to eat my meal? Did whatever was on his hands fall into the forks? My mind started to run. After about 10 minutes, a worker finally came over and asked him to leave. If O ever go there again, which will take a lot for me to now, i will grab my plate and leave. I won't sit to eat using their silverware......
Read moreAight peep this boiiz, once I came home at like 9:30AM after my swim practice. Ya boii was hungry, like I could probably have had 10 burritos and still have an extra for the heck of it. But I saw the store opens at 10:45 right so my own decision it's hot I'm like welp I'll wait the hour infront of the store to buy my burrito.
[Real story if I left I was so lazy I wouldn't have come back and would strave]
So they opened at 11AM because I guess they prepared a bit slower IDK but I'm the first person I walk in and the dude greets me and asks hey how come you waited so long and I told him I thought the store opened earlier and didn't realize I had come an hour early we laugh and he then says I'm sorry we opened even later so for your wait I'll give you the burrito free with guacamole and chips...
I fell in love with this man and I thanked him and even told him it was my own fault that he didn't have to but would not allow me to pay.
All jokes aside it's the little things that count. He even apologized for the extra 15 minutes I had to wait, like it was my own fault/decision to stand there. This crew is extremely nice and they work fast and hard to make sure you're in and out. Please give the place a look if it's not what I mentioned here I'll buy ya a...
