Fully pink and white which is a true resemblance to the box itself which is a great touch. I love the airy feel the bakers in the back having fun while baking cookies as it shows our cookies were baked with love. The screen that shows the cookies so you can take your time deciding while it shows you previous weeks and encouges you to revisit or at bare minimum curious about the following week. The real life display of cookies as you order gives no room for surprise nor disappointment as you get what you see exactly as is. The presentation of handing you the box and opening it right before they do creates an excitement and anticipation of how good the first bite will be is amazing! Crumbl is so much more than selling cookies. They are selling an experience of joy with a loved one in a single cookie with a sharing of the world most desired... sweets! If you haven't gone.. I warn you.. addiction is a real thing. But remember sharing is the best way to eat a crumbl cookie. So grab a friend, partner, your kid and please please.. try all cookie.. don't forget it changes every single week. One week may not be for u... but next week may be exactly the cookie of your life. They are soft, exceptionally sweet and not to be eaten in one sitting. Remember it is an indulgence not an everyday cookie so take that into account when looking at price and size. They also have a specialty Not cookie weekly which I would say the brownie... 10/10 choose your poison and...

Bad service , I’m not going this store again ! Taste is good and smell too , waiting time is not too much but everything else is weird !!!! bad service- first I ordered for my kids today alomost 7PM , A young girl on the register said $25.01, I gave her $25 , she said i want a penny , I said ok let me get it from the car , i took my kids back and got out to the car and got back again to the store to give her a penny! , I found her holding the order for the penny !!! she really pissed me off , but I didn’t comment about her silly way , for my excited kids , if me I would cancel the order she didn’t even smile or say anything for the kids making them happy to back again -When I ordered I found the flavors of the week not available for all size , I ordered 6 small size for 16.99 , you can’t imagine how small its specially for this expensive tiny cookies !!!! + one large for $5.98 i asked her for a receipt she said our printers doesn’t work !! only text message receipt !!! Usually don’t write poor reviews unless it’s been a consistent service at a place so here it goes…

The management at this place is so terrible. Multiple times workers are stressed out and leadership is walked aimlessly or texting on their phone on the floor. Not fair to the workers that care. Workers literally look so miserable and defeated while combating customers from lack of cookies.

Never have any of the 6 cookies in stock, literally it’s only chocolate chip cookies only, ever. Not even to be funny, they also won’t tell you and make you stand there for 30-45 minutes without asking if you’re picking up.

Asked for a refund or partial and receives a run around 3 times to e-mail, or go in, or do online, no one ever knows.

Such a shame cause the flavors are pretty good.

Hope the second location gets it together or can help balance out the chaos of the South...
