Extra Space Storage — Local services in New York

I have been a customer of South Shore Staten Island Metro Storage, off and on for over 7 years now.

Why do I keep going back to Metro Storage? Because of the customer service care they provide and I receive from Kelly and Dan.

My first rental unit was when I lost my mother and had to clean out her house. Years of collecting and such. Kelly made the whole process so easy for me during such a difficult time. That was 7 years ago.

I've moved, had estate sale clean outs and have come back with my family because of Kelly and how she always takes care of her customers.

I've recently had to return for another rental in clearing out my husband's family home. Things have changed, including the gate code system. Dan was so patient and kind to re-teach me how to enter the property again. Dan is a great addition to the Metro Team!!!

When you're renting a unit, you have to be comfortable with the surroundings and people on site. Kelly and Dan are exactly who you can trust and rely on!!!!

I wrote this several years ago and I can say Metro Storage has stood the test of time !!! Kelly is STILL NUMBER #1 as I will never go anywhere else for my storage needs. This is what I had to say over 4 years ago and is still on point today !!!
