Worst restaurant service in NYC I ever experienced. For a Halal food place you would expect service should be ethical. But not this one. Back in 08/19/23 I ordered a chicken sandwich for $9.05. Since there was a issue with the cashier’s card reader the receipt did not print so she had me swipe my card again. This showed that they charged me twice on my banking app. I informed them and they advised me to come back once the amount posts on my account. Payment posted and showed on 08/22/23 I was charged twice. So I went back after work to talk to the manager about it and as usual the manager isn’t there. They asked me to come back later and obviously for $9 I am not going there over and over again. If they were decent they would have simply offered food in exchange for the money they double charged me for. Well from that day I stopped going to this place entirely. However, my sister continued to go and she also had a bad experience. She clearly ordered white rice and they gave her a bunch of fried rice. For someone to order something in store it is simple to ask the cook if the particular food is available before charging the customer for the order and giving them something else. This should not even be legal as people are allergic to certain foods and giving them the wrong order can get them sick! When my sister took back the food to this place as usual she was said they did not have white rice and it was a mistake. So basically they will give customers any random food if they don’t have the food the customer ordered. My sister is very sweet so she let it go. Unfortunately, when I decided to give this place another chance the same thing happened to me today. This time as this happened again I have a feeling they do this white rice fried rice mistake on purpose. I made the order for white rice and sesame chicken. Like usual I waited for my food for 20 minutes to find out they have fried rice. I went and asked the cashier for a refund as that was not my order and fried rice makes me sick. She said they don’t refund according to their policy. I would have let it go, however, the cashier with the black burka and bandana said to me that they give white rice for free and charge for the fried rice. Ridiculous to say this to a customer who paid for my food and I clearly made my order for white rice (which was also on the receipt) How is this free food when I paid $14.67. The other girl with her was nice and was trying to offer me options for food instead of the refund due to their policy. And I would have accepted, if not for the attitude of the cashier. Finally a man came in and gave me my refund, taking back both receipts to show their “boss”. The attitude felt as if I did something wrong and their behavior was like they are the paying customers giving me charity. Anyways I hope the “boss” knows this so that other customers receive proper service moving forward! 10-15 bucks isn’t making anyone rich or poor but being ethical and providing proper customer service is very important for business. So Right Of The Bat I Haven't Been Here In Well Over 7-8 Months And The Last Time I Got A Burger That Was Delicious And Chicken But Had A Issue With That Because The Pieces Was VERY Small

ANYWHOoooo The Place Looks Really Nice Since They Remodeled/Rearrange...No Bad Odors And VERY Clean

The Staff That's New To Me Were VERY Helpful, Well Mannered, Friendly And Kind...They Get A 9.5 Out Of A 10 For That 👌👌👌

They Had A Smash Burger Special Which I Ordered And Also Some Beef Ribs...NOW I Remember The Beef Ribs Were Huge Like Dinosaur Ribs LOL And Was ONLY Available On A Friday-Weekends

Now It's Beef Flanken Ribs Which Is Fine By Me

My Burger Came Out And It Looked Absolutely Delicious But Unfortunately After Taking A Bite It Was All Salt....I Couldn't Really Get Past It

A Guy Came Up To The Register And Asked How Was Everything????....I Was Honest And Told Him About The Salt.....He Apologized And DID Ask If He Can Remake It

I Politely Declined The Offer And Said I Appreciate It 😊....He Insisted 2-3 More Times And Again I Declined.....He Then Said Have You Tried Our Chicken? I Said Yes I Remember It Being Really Good.....He Packed Me 2 Pieces And Said Please At Least Accept This.....I Did And Said I'll Take It To Go

Got Home And Decided To Take A Bite.... Mannnnnnnnn Guess What?.....Even The Chicken Was Salty 🙄🙄🙄.....And For Whatever Reason It Didn't Have The Flavors I Remembered And Enjoyed From The Past.....Was JUST Disappointed All Around 🙄

UNFORTUNATELY....The Burger Gets A 3-4 Out Of A 10.............Beef Ribs Same 3-4 Out Of A 10 (Was Also Tough/Stiff) And Fried Chicken SAME As The Other Dishes 3-4 Out Of 10
