Ordered a pizza with no sauce. Was given a pizza with no sauce OR CHEESE. When I got home it was just dough and toppings.
When I called the store a woman answered and said that what I was telling her was not possible and that she saw him make the order herself! I had to bring the pizza back to show her.
I said I have a broken ankle and it takes me like 35 minutes to get to the store on my scooter, couldn’t I just send her a picture? She said no, that’s not possible bc they can’t do that on the store phone. I said isn’t there a store email or something I could send it to? She said no, I had to bring the pizza back and show her to prove it bc she had seen him “make it nicely” and “it’s not possible what you’re saying is true, you’re wasting my time” and hung up on me.
Anyway here’s a picture with no cheese, just dough and toppings. So, YEAH, NOT LYING! Why would I lie???
Edit: Called back to ask if she could look at the picture on this review to see I wasn’t lying.
She said “ok bring the pizza back I give you a new pizza”
I said “man I have a broken ankle and it takes me 35 minutes to get to the store on my scooter. Can I please just get a credit for the same pizza next time I come in”
She said “ok but it has to be Monday or Tuesday, come back I give you a pizza”
I said “but today is Tuesday? You mean come back in 1 week?”
She said “I work nights Thursday Friday Saturday, come back then, I’ll give u a 20% discount on an extra pizza”
I’m confused, 20%? What extra pizza? When do I come? Monday Tuesday next week or later this week at night?
“Wait 20% or a replacement pizza?”
“I told you a replacement pizza but 1 topping not 2”
“But this pizza was supposed to be a 2 topping pan pizza can’t I just get a credit for the pizza I was supposed to get today?”
“Mam you’re not hearing me! Bring back the pizza and I’ll make u a new pizza or I’ll give you a discount.”
She’s told me 4 different things by this point AND called me a liar.
“Mam can’t u just credit my account? I have a broken ankle. I can’t make the trip again.”
“Then she said I’m not hearing her and hung up on me for a second time.”
COME ON MAN! I’m not asking for the moon here. I ordered a pan pizza and you gave me bread! This wasn’t my mistake and doesn’t have to be this difficult, why does she keep trying to like get me to pay for a new pizza when this wasn’t my mistake. Can’t u just give me the pizza I ordered next time I come...
Read morethis is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with dominos and i haven't spoken to single person yet. and thats the point. like a moron i continue ordering from this store but only because they're the only ones in flushing who accept cards and deliver and yet i order the same thing every single time a fiery hawaiian pizza with the jalapeños, and hot sauce on one side but meanwhile i end up receiving a pie with jalapeños on one side, and hot sauce on the complete other side. i don't understand how even if the order is miss read it's completely senseless to do that. sort of like trying to order a pizza without dough. but heres the greatest part of it all as I'm writing this review I've been on hold for 24:36 and finally someone picks up so i tell the lady on the phone to please remind and make sure before the pizza leaves there to double check it fits the order description because ill send it back and claim the refund. so i told her to please please please PLEASE make sure (pizza bakers name) gets this message and before i got to finish that sentence i was actually speaking to the pizza baker. that satisfies me because it lets me know that at least she heard the description first hand so for that I'm happy and i think she's doing a marvelous job by doing hers and someone else job(picking up phones). what dissatisfies me is that if my pizza tracker says that my pizza is currently being prepped but I'm literally talking with the person "prepping" my pizza than i can't wait for what i'am about to go through for the delivery process. i've worked in restaurants all my life and i'd never discourage an employee especially trying their upmost best at work like i said she was amazing and held that conversation extremely professional so Alainna you were great. but i blame management for not having the proper skills in running a functional operation especially something so easy to run as a corporation. everything from recipes to dress codes all you have to do is hire people who know what they're doing and if not than make it your responsibility to teach them because everything and anything that happens good or bad is your fault and gets looked at badly damaging your management reputation in...
Read moreI ordered my pizzas for my party at 3:45 and did not receive it until 5:45!!! That's beyond unacceptable!!! Not only did it take two hours!!!! But I called twice to check up on my order WHICH THEY MARKED AS DELIVERED about an hour before it was ACTUALLY delivered, but they were rude and blamed the delivered status on a glitch in the system and said I'd receive my order in less than 10 minutes. I then called again and had them check on the driver after much back and forth; they said 3-4 minutes but it took about 15 to 20 more minutes. I inquired about how this issue would be rectified and was told I could ONLY receive one free large pizza. I paid over $33 on my order FOR A PARTY - I had hungry people to feed with nothing to offer!! Beyond unacceptable!!!! Waiting for two hours for pizza to arrive is already terrible, but waiting for two hours for COLD PIZZA is so wrong, unprofessional, and disrespectful. This Dominos location (14909 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11354) refused to give me anything more than a free large pizza AS IF THAT MAKES THIS BETTER! I was speaking with Abul; when I asked why he couldn’t do better than this free large pizza offer, he said he was only authorized to give me a free large pizza. I asked him who is authorized to do more for me and his response was “I don’t know”. So I asked if he had a manager, to which he responded “I am the GM”. Really? The GM doesn’t know who has the authorization???? This whole experience was infuriating and I still don’t feel like an acceptable solution has been offered. Abul, the supposed GM, and the driver, Jahangir, tried to justify the situation by telling me that Sundays are “too busy”. There’s too busy and there’s wrong. Abul tried to suggest to “just cancel the order” 2 hours after we ordered it??? Not ok! I still tipped the driver and everything but this is completely unacceptable. My friends told me to order from Papa John’s but I insisted on Dominos. I should have...
