At this Dominos store, the online/mobile order system never works. I have to call in to place my orders, which makes me lose out on the rewards points. I've spoken to a manager and an a few associate to discuss the issue. The manager told me that sometimes they disable the online order system when it is extremely busy or they are shortstaffed (which should never happen). After that, when it would happen again and again, I've spoken to other reps who would say the store isn't short staffed and it isn't busy, but it's some system glitch.
Today I decided to write this review because I have 2 free pies that I can't claim because this is the closest store that would deliver to me, and the same thing happened again. I called and told the rep my issue and she said she can place the order over the phone, but can't redeem my free pies. I asked if others are experiencing the same problem, and she kept skipping over the question, suggesting I try another store, or online later. I asked her again and finally she admitted that yes, many people make the same complaint. I asked if the store is doing anything about it, and she said she doesn't know, it's some kind of glitch.
But months back, a manager already admitted to me that the disabling of the online ordering system is on purpose when they want to lighten the load....

Read moreOrdered online. Waited 40 minute to finally call them to see what going on. I find out that delivery guy Watson stated not only did i talk to him on the phone. But told him i was going to the lobby to pick it up. He stated i stood him up and he had to return back to store. That is Watson delivery story. I never received the call. Had the phone sitting in front me. 40 minute later wish i had knew food wasn't coming, could've use this time get my food else where. Would never order from them again. i high recommend any one reading this. Don't take your chance or time for this store. You'll never get your food and guarantee they have the attitude to spit in your food. How would i know that. I simply made call to ask where my food. The dude legit come on the phone angry and leave me on hold where i can hear them laugh. After 20 minutes. they said okay the driver can come again to try and deliver it. As he saying it he trying not to laugh. If that not big hint my food hasn't been tamper with. So i said forget it, i want a refund. He scream back "Fine" hang up the phone. Welp dodge a bullet. -10 out 10 wouldn't recommend or eat...
