After my delivery took 45 minutes i went into my kitchen starving i opened the pizza box and picked up a slice of pizza and the whole slice fell off the crust including the topping. i picked up another slice and half of the pizza broke off the pizza was soggy as heck ! disgusting . it seemed like a bottle of water was poured in the middle of the pizza. so i put the pizza in my oven for 30 minutes and its still soggy ! i also ordered cheese bread which was extremely burnt BLACK CRUST burnt ! holy crap! so in anger i call dominos and James the supposedly "manager tells me he will give me two free pizzas on my next order. i told him so what are my children going to eat tonight. then he says the only thing he can do is just redeliver a new pizza which will take twO hours ! TWO HOURS !??? really so i tell him i just want a refund on my order he says it will take 5 business days to get my money and he will cancle my oder then hUng up. i call back and ask well how will u cancel my order with out my information (awkward silence) then he says whats your order number I GIVE IT TO HIM
SO ON THE 5th day my money isnt back in my account i call him back he argues that he cancled the order and theres nothing he can do. he says call 1800dominos

When the delivery driver Sanjay arrived, I walked to the front yard from the back yard to meet him at the front gate as the order notes stated. He brought the food over, refused to give it to me, and actually rested the food on my front gate, while arguing whether I own the house. What does owning the house have to do with placing the order? I live here. I placed the order. And I've ordered from this location numerous times this year and never experienced this before. I'm literally on my property, and he is resting my food on my property while refusing to give it to me because he didn't believe it was mine. What sense does that make? Sanjay is probably racist because although I told him the order notes, and called him by name, he still refused to give the food. How else would I know this information? He argued with me for at least 5 minutes on whether I was indeed the person who actually ordered the pizza.
Anyway, I tried calling the location we ordered from. I called the location I ordered from numerous times and they have not picked up. So I reached out to corporate.

I wouldn't have thought you could get served a hero sandwich with less meat and fixings on it than a Subway sandwich but the Italian combo is a meatless blunder. It is made with their pieces of pizza toppings pepperoni, ham jalapeno cheese and just as skimpy as the pizza.
Walk in service is very slow you'll be waiting forever 40minutes, delivery to home would be faster and must be more of a priority than walk ins. They seem to be too pre occupied with their minds focused with online orders to deal with in store customers. No customer service at all.
You have to use the app to place your order while you are standing at the register to receive any deals.
Funny that their TV commercials claimed to be fixing their discounted deals so that they would be available to anyone however they decided to order, not here.
