This review is only for Dim Sum on a weekend and is for the re-vamped East. who went on a big advertisement campaign to re-introduce their restaurant to the public. There is no tipping now and they got rid of the lunch buffet. The also added a hotpot to the regular dinner buffet for about a total cost of $30 per head. They retained the Dim Sum and have some new offerings, but mostly the same standard stuff. The pricing for the Dim Sum for small, medium, and large is $2.75 a plate on a weekend. On weekdays, it is cheaper like most places in Flushing. Not all plates are for $2.75 there is usually a Dim Sum wild card cart where they can charge you anywhere to $5 to $16 a plate (usually the roast suckling pig i s the most expensive). I came here on a weekend for Dim Sum and I would say its pretty decent. They do most of the items pretty well. They do noodle dishes for around $6-$7. They still self-serve made to order food.
There is parking for $2 around the corner for 2 hours. $1 more per...
Read moreOk, where should I begin? 🤔 Cashier had a grimace, impolite, and gossipy. Cashier said new owner charges $1 for ice. I ordered my usual double shot of Espresso on ice. (Under $3.95, usually). Cashier complains to me the customer about new owner not having supplies of cups, my order needs smaller cups, but only have big cups so needs to charge me more over $5.50 to fill it with more ice. ?! Why should I pay for their lapse? And for ice? I did NOT go there to buy ice, but COFFEE. Did NOT need the bullshit of the rest. The order took 4 minutes, the refund took 16 minutes, total wasted time 21 minutes. My order was also made wrong. So I went to a Korean bakery few blocks down ordered my usual double shot of Espresso on ice-$1.79 + tax: services with a smile, with the correct order and NO charge for extra shot NO charge for ICE!
America might be run on Dunkin oce but now.... running away from Dunkin, very soon. Word of mouth spreads like Wildfire! Good service...
Read moreWorst service ever! I was next on line for almost 10 minutes because the lady had to make 2 milkshakes and ice cream.. when someone else could’ve been taking my order. I then order very clearly and she gets my order wrong. I ordered a iced blueberry matcha latte with OAT milk , light ice , and extra blueberry and she gave me an iced matcha latte with WHOLE milk. I cannot have dairy. I immediately went back inside and asked for the drink I originally wanted and she told me I had to pay for it! Why should I have to pay for your mistakes? She then proceeded to give me an iced matcha latte with EXTRA ice and NO blueberry. I am very dissatisfied with this dunkin and the service I...
