Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

They really deserve a 1 star but they can just get rid of that review. Service here at this horrible. They changed my order from a large macchiato to an iced macchiato, I went back to the store (I ordered thru ubereats) the they guy tries to be dismissive of my complaint and concerns about my order being wrong and insisted that I didnt know what I ordered. Its printed clearly on the receipt 1 lg orig macchiato 3 mocha swirl 5 sugar and milk. I asked for the manager and he claimed to be the manager, and when I asked for his name he gave me 2 different names. When he made the hot coffee he gave me plain regular coffee. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted, if i didn't have to rush back to work i would've called the cops demanding a refund. Went from wrong drink sent to me to wrong drink given to me to rush me out the store. Terrible...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The one guy that works there needs to get fired. I went tonight to get a caramel ice late and he filled the entire cup to the top with ice then when I asked him to please take out half the ice, he answered back so rude and I ended up getting my money back, not to mention that I have been there before for a donut and I saw someone walking out with their money back because of the same problem. How do you expect me to pay almost 5$ for a cup of ice?! When I ask for a latte & then have an attitude when I ask for what I originally ordered! Cant make a simple ice coffee.. they add what ever flavor they want. I ask for french vinilla and they add vinilla. I add espresso they dont put espresso but still charge me… smh they need to be retrain Asap. The app wants to charge for extra but dont add the extra we payed for… RETRAIN DD.
