Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

This place is okay, they are limited with the donuts, sometimes there’s not a lot to choose from so I took a star off for not having more options or stocked donuts. Manager should pick up on the fact that stuff gets sold quick and should order donuts to place for the stuff that runs out quick. I took another star off because there have been times I was on my bike, dying to get a drink, and they’ll close 30 minutes to an hour earlier and it’s kind of unfair since their hours are right up front. So this place is okay, I’ve been to better ones.

Update: I changed my rating because of how rude the man was with me being the counter. No patience and on top of that it lead to him refusing to even serve me because I was asking for one of the promotions. They need a translator in there or at least some patient workers for good service. The other worker instead of coming to help the situation and maybe translate (another male) was shooing me out! Who hired these guys? Does the franchise not care about making money anymore? Why promote things and not sell them? Isn’t that false advertisement? Isn’t that illegal? They never get the order right, or the promotions. They don’t even know how to ring it up. I left because they refused to serve me. Language barrier is ridiculous and the patience on them is non existent. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless there is that one woman who will serve you good. Since this new manager started this place has gotten even worse ! I’ve been going to the is Dunks for about 5 years. When Kazi the previous manager was there my coffee and food was made correctly everyday . Now that this new manager has started it’s like some of the staff thinks they can go back to messing up people orders . My coffee gets reg sugar , reg cream and reg caramel I also get cinnamon sugar which they suddenly never put now but why has my coffee been tasting like Creamer with Carameland that’s it ? Why when I say I want my hash browns crunchy do I get a ball of stuck together soggy hash’s brown that look like they are fresh out of the freezer and cold. There are like 2 female staff that work there that care and do things the way the customer asks and are always happy but the rest just don’t care at all. If you are like me and want your food the way you want your food don’t go to this dunks and if you want coffee that actually taste like coffee and not just hot water with flavor don’t go to this place . The new manager should focus on his staff doing things the way they are supposed to be done and stop focusing on being his staffs...

Oh where do I start…let’s start with the slowness of the staff…the only reason they appear crowded is because of how slow they are. They will mess up a simple order and charge you wrong so pay attention. Next the ice cream because this is also a baskin robbins…how can it be you order a hot fudge sundae pay for it because you have to pay for your ice cream before they fix it and they give you regular syrup! I don’t want that and didn’t ask for that then you hat mad at me for saying that’s not what I ordered then you tell me you don’t have hot fudge anymore. WHAT why how why didn’t you say that?! And who is ordering the ice cream because popular flavors should not be completely out. Now on to the coffee it’s terrible do yourself a favor and get your coffee from the bodega on Amsterdam and 156. These people run a horrible shop and they do not want to be there and it shows they are rude and I think they hide from the customers and please you should have someone on staff that speaks English. This is a neighborhood of black and brown people we do not speak Hindi. Lastly the soles of my shows should not stick...
