The guy making the food was soo rude!!!! I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a bagel. The guy makes it and hands it to my wrapped up. But I was concerned. Because when I watched him put the sandwhich together, it looked dry! So i open it and see the bagel is dry- even the cheese looked dry. So I tell the cashier and she speaks to him. This guy tells me, he can't add butter because it is extra. O said, but I ordered a sandwich, not a plain bagel, the sandwich needs something on it so it doesn't taste dry. So he says: you want butter, give me sixty cents. Mind you, he's not the cashier. So I said, I want to speak to the manager. He says, I am the manager. Another customer told me he wasn't the manager. The manager turns around and I explain the situation to him. He apologized and fixed the sandwich, but the guy is still mouthing off, now in a language other than english so I wouldn't understand. Disrespectful! I haven't had trouble with this Dunkin Donuts before, but as long as that guy works there, I will not be returning! Sadly, this bad guy's terrible service and rude behavior overshadowed the lovely help I received from the cashier and manager.
One star off for his attitude, one star off for the manager allowing him to continue to mouth off, and one star off for my sandwhich not being properly cut in half... the egg was still whole and came out when I separated...
Read moreI ordered a Cafe Au Lait and the guy put in 6 pumps of almond flavor when it's supposed to be 2 for a medium cup. So i watched him remake it and he took cold espresso and steamed it then mixed it with hot coffee and handed me the cup. I asked him, but what about the milk? He said it comes with espresso and dark roast coffee but if you want milk i can put some milk in it. My head almost started spinning. I told him that i used to work for Starbucks for 7 years, don't tell me what goes in the drink! I get the drink everyday and it always has steamed milk without me having to ask for it because that's how the drink is supposed to be made! Go to dunkin on 145 and St Nicholas. They know how to make the drinks and the staff is great. When i order my drinks through the app they already know it's for me and make it exactly how i like it even if i don't place to order the way i meant to. Like if i forget to add the sugar they already know how much sugar to put in what drink i get.
Café au lait (pronounced: [kafe o lɛ]; French for "coffee with milk") is coffee with hot milk added. It differs from white coffee, which is coffee with cold milk or other...
Read moreWhat has happened to this Dunkin’ Donuts location?! There are never any new coffee or Coolatta flavors it’s the same, boring options every time. The worst part? The staff are often just standing around chatting during the morning rush! It’s frustrating when customers are waiting in line and no sense of urgency is shown. I will say this: the women working there are usually pleasant and courteous they’re the only reason I still come here occasionally. But overall, this location is getting worse, not better. Dunkin’ corporate really needs to step in and take a serious look at what’s going on at this site. Harlem deserves better service. To everyone reading this: if a business is giving poor service, especially in our neighborhoods, stop supporting them. Either demand better or take your money elsewhere. We...
