Bad customer service.2 ladies with hijabs by the counter both of them were nasty while I was placing my order. I repeated myself 3 times for the same order which is only 2 lattes. looks like she has a personality disorder issue. besides her nasty attitude while I was picking up my order she came back and started arguing with me She wasn't even talking she was barking at my face. after I took a seat to have my coffee she kept staring at me like she was gonna attack me. and another person who's a BJS employee asks her nicely how much and when will be charging him for a plastic bag she was nasty to him too! This location management should fire her immediately. people like these 2 ladies will cause trouble She must have a personal issue with her husband or family she trying to take it out on the customers with her nasty attitude and yelling at the customer. Overall convenient place to have a light snack. Good amount of seats & quick service when BJs is not busy (except weekends). They barely have any items around 6pm when it comes to donuts/muffins. I purchased those mini-bagels with cream cheese and it wasn’t good. No taste at all and cream-cheese was bad. Didn’t even taste like actual cream-cheese. I don’t blame the staff though for this, since most of these items are pre-made and sent to this location. There was only one lady that was working there, the blonde hair worker, I wanted to use the app to redeem my points she did not even know how to do that plus messed up my order took her 20 mins to take and prepare the order.
