Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

The staff here do a great job working together efficiently and courteously. Super friendly place to grab coffee in the mornings, and it has become a part of my commute that I always look forward to. Literally, the employees are always upbeat, always on point, and continue to impress with their flawless customer service. Not to mention, this location is kept impeccably clean every single day since it opened many years ago. Still looks like opening day in there, which is a testament to how the staff take pride and care in their store!

I used the DD app to order ahead so my food would be ready before I arrived there just to be told that they are Kosher. Why didn't the app warn me. It's late and I just got off of work and I couldn't get a turkey sausage with egg white and cheese on a flat bread and I couldn't get a refund. And to add insult to injury they didn't have flatbreads that has nothing to do with Kosher. I live in Queens and all I wanted to do was grab a quick sandwich and hop on the belt. AVOID this location. This location is new and also very attractive looking being big and new but it has SO many issues. First of all, anytime I come in I am not sure what it is but the coffee is never made the way I want it and im not even picky. I get the same order any dunkin donuts I go to and only this location ALWAYS tastes off.
