Terribly mismanaged. Orders are incorrect 4/5 times due to revolving door of poorly trained staff. Staff frequently wear masks around or under their chin as they take orders then handle food and drink. Wait times are abysmal with exiting patrons exclaiming “I’ve never had to wait 15 minutes for a bagel and coffee. Never going there again..“ I’ve had quite a few experiences where the item I requested was out of stock and had to make up to 3 different requests that were all also out of stock before settling on a regular coffee. They allow a homeless man to loiter outside and accost every passerby and exiting customer for change or cigarettes. When he is inside, he is either standing just inside the door gesturing for change or cigarettes again with no mask, or frequently sleeping or nodding off from what I suspect is drugs taking up one of the 2 or 3 tables they currently have. Staff seems completely apathetic to the fact this man makes customers uncomfortable at best and greatly irritated at worst. I’ve seen many potential patrons to turn around and go to a bodega or cafe across the street after seeing this guy lurking in the doorway. Follow their advice, there are many other places that take your business for your caffeine and breakfast. In the picture attached the above mentioned homeless man is sleeping with his mask not...

I don't know what happened here, but there are always different staff working here (even before COVID). Some people are very rude and seem to get annoyed the second they see they have customers, while other people are incredibly friendly.

The drinks are terribly inconsistent, the donuts are usually not fresh, and sometimes the bagels are hard so I have given up on this place. My husband and I used the app to order ahead but have given up on this place as even when you ask for less ice, they fill it up over halfway and the coffee tastes old.

I know working in the food service industry isn't the most fun job in the world (I've been there), but treating customers with attitudes and messing orders up ruins the store that you are working for and turns people away.

This place is actual trash. Me and my sister always go here and they always dissapoint. We were getting a hot chocalate(just two) and when I asked for some this lady made me pay up front. She told me I couldnt get my order if i didnt pay up front. WE WERE WAITING EXACTLY 37 MINUTES TO GET SOME HOT CHOCOLATE. The donuts here are always stale, so best not order them. The staff here is also very rude, and sole of them cant even apeak proper english so i had to wait for her to to understand what I wanted. They also barely know how to use the machines they have there. All in all never coming back. Just go to the bakery on the other block for better...
