Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I have to update my views on this location. This is within walking distance of my house. However, since moving here, the quality of service has gone down. Yes its always been a longer wait even before the pandemic but Manesh has always been the best counter service person. Whenever I went in, he would always make my order correct and even throw in a extra jelly donut or two when I was ordering donuts. However, since the pandemic, they hired several new people and there's no more of my favorite person. Yes I am comfortable with waiting but if you are going to get my order wrong, I might as well spend more on my groceries and make it at home. I ordered today from the app putting everything correctly what I wanted and what I wanted for my future MIL. Two Medium Matcha Lattes, one with whole milk, another with almond milk. Then a SAUSAGE egg with no cheese on a ENGLISH MUFFIN. Somehow the person with glasses and an attitude felt that I would be fine with a croissant and egg. Newsflash people like me have REAL FOOD ALLERGIES. We want to get a quick breakfast and drinks if we don't feel like making them at home. That's why we are specific in the app or when we order in person. I am so angry with the quality of customer service here. I want Manesh back! Heck I would even work at this location. I would be on time, I would get the orders right, and if I make a mistake I wouldn't cop an attitude and expect the customer to just accept the mistake. I can't have croissants; they have butter and my severe lactose intolerance would be activated and have me out for two weeks. Not going back here. I'll just go to another brand or another location where they do get orders correct. I got to inconvenience myself because of...

I have mixed feelings about this location. Yeah it's Dunkin Donuts and it's gonna be mid but despite the lukewarm breakfast I had, it's still slightly better than the one a mile West from this spot.

The service for starters is better for sure. When I order on the app, my order is already ready by the time I get there. 5 minutes is all that's needed for them to get it done as opposed to the one in South Ozone Park in which some instances don't even get my order started until I get there.

This is where the review declines from a possible 4 to a 3. The green goddess wrap I ordered wasn't fully heated. It was hot on 75% of it while the other 25% was cold, almost freezing that I couldn't finish. Bummer, you guys missed the mark. I get it it's Dunkin Donuts, a typical chain coffee spot but you could've done better and I know you can. Today...

Honestly I love this one guy that works there he has long hair and he’s tall and super sweet I came in today around 4:36 and I bought donuts and he had the sweetest energy and he made my box of sweets look so pretty and neat I loved it he really made my day after I had a terrible day so thank you to that man that’s working this shift Thursday at around 4:30 ❤️ Dunkin needs more workers like that.
