Terrible service and policies: Flying out of JFK I found the Dunkin' Donuts at Terminal 4. My kids were hungry and thirsty so I decided to buy something there for the convenience and safety of my children. They stayed seated where I could see them at the terminal from the Dunkin' Donuts line. I ordered food and asked the cashier to fill my daughter's water bottle but she looked baffled and told me I had to purchase a water bottle if I wanted water. I asked her again to fill the water bottle I have because I couldn't walk all the way over to the water bottle filling station without leaving my children unattended; not happening. She repeated that I needed to purchase water or at least pay for $1 water cup. So I was charged for a cup of tap water when I had a refillable water bottle in my hand. Assuming SSP still owns/operates this location, someone on senior management needs to review urgently. Personally, I’m disappointed having seen the good work from SSP in...

I waited in line for 20 minutes even though there were only a few people in front of me. When it was my turn, there was one lady serving who clearly did not want to be there, she was grumpy and rude. There were two other staff members right behind her playing on their phone and having a conversation. Meanwhile the line was getting busier and busier and this was the only cafe at Terminal 4 you could order food. When I ordered 2/3 of their savoury menu was unavailable. The only nice person was the Asian lady that made my sandwich, she was friendly and polite.
I really hope JFK or Dunkin Donuts read this message because this was a terrible first experience of New York (luckily it got a...
